Predator Free Kaipara

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our communities are better prepared to manage the pest and predator issues to protect our investment on native tree planting.

In May 2019 IKHMG embarked on a gap analysis of pest and predator species in the Kaipara Harbour catchment.  This resulted in 2 reports; 'Predator Free Kaipara Peninsulas Gaps Analysis' written by Kym Burke and 'Northern Kaipara Pest Control and Ecological Restoration Gap Analysis' written by Michael Ramsbottom.
