Abstract:
The area cover by this report includes the Pouto Peninsula, the catchments draining to the west coast north of the peninsula and the area on the east or left bank of the Northern Wairoa River and Kaipara harbour downstream of the confluence of the Manganui River and the northern Wairoa River including Maori catchment, Te Kowhai. The total area is 369.2 sq. miles
